SC PACIFIC CORP was incorporated on October 25, 1985 by Norman Sakamoto, a licensed civil engineer, and Vaughn Miyauchi, an architect major. They have extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked for S&M Sakamoto, a general contractor, for 10 years prior to starting SC PACIFIC CORP. They witnessed rapid growth on O'ahu and saw a need for a general contractor that would offer quality work at reasonable prices to individuals and small businesses. Thus, the guiding principal for the establishment of SC PACIFIC CORP was to fill a need for affordable quality work.
SC PACIFIC CORP quickly established a reputation for quality work and soon was called upon for work of all types, including:
